HYDERABAD: A 40-year-old woman died by suicide due to personal reasons. According to police, the deceased was a news anchor on a vernacular channel. On Friday night, she was found dead by her family members in their house at Jawahar Nagar.
“We shifted the body to Gandhi Hospital for postmortem. She has a nine-year-old child. The reasons behind the extreme step are yet to be ascertained,” Chikkadpally assistant commissioner of police L Ramesh said. Police registered a case.
