Anuradha Thakur nominated as director on RBI Central Board

The Central Government has nominated Ms. Anuradha Thakur, Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Government of India as a Director on the Central Board of Reserve Bank of India in the place of Ajay Seth who has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI). The nomination of Ms. Anuradha Thakur is effective from July 24, 2025 and until further orders.
