Suzlon Energy Ltd. has informed the exchanges that its Board Meeting is scheduled for Feb. 5. During the meeting, the board will review and approve the company’s financial results for the third quarter of FY26. The results will cover the performance for the October to December period.

Suzlon also noted that as part of the Code of Conduct under SEBI’s Insider Trading Regulations, its trading window for designated persons will remain closed from Jan. 1 and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.

Suzlon Q2FY26 vs Q2FY25 Results (Consolidated)
Suzlon revenue from operations rose 85% year-on-year to Rs 3,866 crore, up from Rs 2,093 crore. Ebitda increased 145% YoY to Rs 721 crore from Rs 294 crore. Profit after tax surged 538% to Rs 1,279 crore from Rs 201 crore. The company’s Ebitda margin improved to 18.6% from 14.1%. Suzlon’s order book reached a record 6.2 GW, marking the highest ever for the company.
